PAYMENT/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments must be received by May 21, 2017, for General Registration. Personal checks will not be accepted after May 21, 2017.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Often unavoidable situations arise which require cancellation of registration. Cancellations are due in writing by May 31, 2017, to be eligible for a refund. The conference will process a refund minus a cancellation fee of $50 if received by the May 31, 2017, deadline. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER MAY 31, 2017.


NO-SHOW POLICY

Because of the administrative cost of registration and preparation of materials for each participant, no refunds will be given to persons not attending the conference or those who fail to properly cancel their registration prior to May 31, 2017. You may have someone else purchase your registration, and the Chapter President should notify the NAA of the substitution.
