2015 VENDOR GUIDELINES AND AGREEMENT FORM

Join us at the annual convention held by the National Alumni Association of Bethune-Cookman University on June 17-21, 2015. Hosted by the Broward County Chapter and held at the Westin-Ft. Lauderdale, 400 Corporate Drive, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Conference participants will consist of more than 200 attendees including our college president, alumni affairs director, national alumni association and chapter presidents, alumni, students, staff and other supporters.

Vendor Form and Payment

If using online payment system

  1. Complete the Vendor Agreement Form and include invoice number on the form.  That number will be made available when you complete your order.
